The Poet explains that our life is the weaving which is
being done by God and us. The colours of this weaving (sorrows and happiness) are chosen by God
This poem speaks about God’s intentions towards mankind. We need to realise God’s motives for each
one of us. God has already chosen everything for us and He works steadily every moment. We believe
that He is unable to see our sorrows but that isn’t true. He is far-sighted and does what is best for all of
us. We need to understand that everything has a purpose, a reason, which we may realise only much
later, and we should, therefore, leave our fate in God’s hands. It is just like the intricate process of
weaving. The dark threads are as important to the weaver as the gold and silver ones. God knows us
well, loves and cares for us. This is the ultimate truth. He always plans the suited one for each one of
us and it is worthy to believe in Him. We should relax as we have given Him to choose the best for us.
