Answer:The poem no men are foreign gives message of unity commonality of all mankind. As poet used the phrases, he tells us many similarities around all the people. "fed by powerful thoughts" means all have same thoughts, "their hands are our hands" means that people living in other countries have hands just like us which toil hard to earn and "a labour not different from own" means that hard work done by people in other countries is not different in any way from that we do.
