when the weather is pleasant, we can hear the songs of the various birds. however, these cease as soon as it becomes hot. that time, the grasshopper takes up the responsibility of continuing with the 'music' of the earth. similarly, in the cold weather also, when the birds migrate/ stay cooped indoors soundlessly, the cricket is the one that continues the song of the earth.
thus the poetry of earth is endless
