suppose point p is centre of circle

having a coordinates (3,-4)(x,y)

suppose the coordinates of A is(X1,y1) and the coordinates of point B is( X2,y2)

by midpoint formula

x = X1+ X2/2

3=X1 + 5/2

3×2 = X1 + 5

6=X1 + 5

X1 = 5 - 6

X1 = -1

y = y1 + y2 / 2

-4 = y1 + -6 /2

-8 = y1 + -6

y1 = -6 + 8

y1 = 2

the coordinates of point A is ( -1,2 )
