Given : The point (-7, -24) is on the terminal ray of angle θ which is in standard position.

To Find :  six trigonometric values for angle θ

Solution:

The point (-7, -24) is on the terminal ray of angle θ

Base = - 7 ,   Perpendicular = - 24

Hypotenuse = √(-7)² +(-24)² = 25

Sin θ  = -24/25     = Perpendicular / hypotenuse

Cos θ  = -7/25     = Base / hypotenuse

tan θ  =  24/7         = Perpendicular / Base

Cot θ  =  7/24       = Base  /   Perpendicular

Cosec θ = -25/24   =  hypotenuse /  Perpendicular

Secθ =  - 25/7        =hypotenuse  / base
