From given, we have,

Since, (B, 3) lie on the graph 2x - 3y + 11 = 0

then this point should satisfy the equation of line.

So, we have,

2x - 3y + 11 = 0

⇒ 2(B) - 3(3) + 11 = 0

⇒ 2B - 9 + 11 = 0

⇒ 2B + 2 = 0

⇒ 2B = -2

∴ B = -1.
