The point of intersection of diagonals of a quadrilateral divides one diagonal in the ratio1:2 can it be a parellelogram? Why or Why not

It cannot be a parallelogram. Because in a parallelogram the diagonals always bisect each other, i.e., they always intersect each other in the ratio 1:1.
