A(6,-1)

B(2,3)

OA = OB

(6-0)²+(-1-y)² = (2-0)² + (3-y)²

(6)² + 1 + y² + 2y = 2² + 9 + y² - 6y

36 +1 +2y = 4 + 9 - 6y

37 +2y = 13 - 6y

2y + 6y = 13-37

8y = - 24

y = -3

point = (0, -3)
