( \frac{7 \times 2 + 3 \times 1}{1 + 2}{ \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \frac{ - 6 \times 2 + 4 \times 1}{1 + 2} })  \\  \\   = ( \frac{17}{3}  \:  \:  \:  \:  \frac{ - 8}{3} )

x positive , y negative so point lies in Fourth quadrant .
