polar co-ordinates of a point having cartesian co-ordinates (x,y) is given by ((x^2 + y^2)^1/2 , (tan-1(y/x)) ...(1)

since from above question we have x = y = 3 putting above values in ...(1) we get,

polar co-ordinates of (3,3) as ((3×(2)^1/2),45°).
