No. A magnetic pole can never be isolated.

Let us consider a bar magnet. If we break a bar magnet into two halves, both the parts will independently act as two separate magnets with 2 different set of poles. This happens so because magnetic field lines always form a closed loop and when magnetic field lines originate from one pole it is necessary to have another opposite pole so that magnetic field lines can enter it and form a closed loop.

The electrons in the atoms of magnetic material spin around the nucleus in mainly only one direction. This creates a more negative side and a more positive side in the magnet which makes the north pole and the south pole of the magnet.
