The pollen recieved by the stigma and the fertilization doesn 'ttake place. is it posible?And yes then why?

this is not possible that  if pollen grains reach stigma there would be no fertilization because in the ovary there are female gametes and if pollen grains will enter there would be fusion of male and female gamete to form zygote and the formation of fruit will also start and it is not possible
