4(27/64)+(9/16)-33/4+2*r
27/16+9/16-33/4+2*r
(26+9-132)/16+2*r
-97/16+2*r
to make (4x-3) factor of q(x) equate -97/16+2*r to 0
2*r= 97/16
r=97/16×2
r=194/2
r=97
