Lets start solving!!

To find:-

Increase rate (percentage increase).

Solution:-

❒ Population at present = 972405.

❒ Population at present = 972405.❒ Population at 4 years ago = 8000.

Diffrence between them

= 9724058000

= 964405.

Increase rate (percentage of population increase).

= (Difference x 100)/Earlier Population

= 964405 x 100 / 8000

= 120550625/10000

= 12055.0625

Answer In Fraction = 120550625/10000.

Answer In Decimal = 12055.0625.

:)) Hope it helps ♥️♥️
