Given - Original and New Percentage

Find - Percentage increase

Solution - Percentage increase = change in percentage/original Percentage*100

Percentage increase =

 \frac{(1,11,200 - 84500) \times 100}{84500}

Performing subtraction

Percentage increase =

 \frac{26700 \times 100}{84500}

Cancelling zero and performing division

Percentage increase = 31.6%.
