The population of a town increase 20 percent annually if the present population is 30000, then what will be the population after 2 years ?

Hey mate, here's your answer,
20% of 30000=6000
for 1 year there will be an increase of 6000,
so there for for 2 years there will a increase of 12000(6000*2).

therefore the population after 2 yrs will be 30000+6000
=36000*20%
=7200
=36000+7200
=43200

for first year populatio will be 36000
next year it will got to 43200
so end of 2 years it will be 43200
