years. If the present population of the town is
72,000. Calculate:
( its population after 6 years,
(1) its population 6 years ago.​

Answer:

increases of population every three years=10%

current population of the town=72,000

population after six years=72,000÷10=7200

7200×2=14400

72000+14400=86,400

population six years ago=72000-14400=57,600.
