1st year increase in population = 80,000+ 1/10×80,000
= 80,000+8000
= 88,000
now, 2nd year increase in population = 88,000+1/10×88,000
= 88,000+8,800
= 96,800
= 80,000+8000
= 88,000
now, 2nd year increase in population = 88,000+1/10×88,000
= 88,000+8,800
= 96,800
