Total Population =6600000 11% of this population= 11/100*6600000=726000 Total Population after 1 year=6600000+726000=7326000 Population after two years =11/100*7326000+7326000=805860+7326000=8131860 Population after 3 years=11/100*8131860+8131860=894505(approx)+8131860=9026365

present \:  \: population = 6600000

increase = 11\%

population \:  \: after \:  \: 3  \:  \: years

 = 6600000 \times (1 +  \frac{11}{100} ) {}^{3 }  \\

 = 6600000 \times ( \frac{100 + 11}{100} ) {}^{3}  \\

 = 6600000 \times ( \frac{111}{100} ) {}^{3}  \\

 = 6600000 \times  \frac{111}{100}  \times  \frac{111}{100}  \times  \frac{111}{100}  \\

 = 9026364.6 \\
