Present Population P= 200000. After 1 year, P1 = 200000(1+0.05) = 210000. After 2 years, P2 = 210000(1-0.04) = 210000 * 0.96 = 201600. After 3 years, P3 = 201600(1+0.03) = 2016000 * 1.03 = 207648.

Heya,

The answer is

185220(1 - \frac{5}{100} )
It is equal to

175959

If it helped plz mark BRAINLIEST

supersonu: check my process
supersonu: OK let's suppose the answer is 176400
supersonu: So 176400+5% of 176400 should be equal to 185220
supersonu: but it is not
supersonu: sorry u r correct somehow
saurav49: suppose an year ago population was 100, population increases every year =5%, present population = 105, if the present population is 105,then an year ago it was 100, if the present population is 1,then an year ago =100/105, if the present population is 1,85,220then an year ago it was 100/105×185220=1,76,400
saurav49: this is right answer
saurav49: hope you understand
supersonu: ya sure .. byr
supersonu: *bye
