Net % = 10.7 - 3.2

= 7.5

Hence 64000 + 3 × 7.5 % of 64000

= 64000 + 3 × 7.5 / 100 × 64000

= 64000 + 3 × 75 × 64

= 64000 + 225 × 64

= 64000 + 14400

= 78400 people.

Answer:

3 years bad population hoga

6400 \times 3 \times \frac{10.7}{100} \div \frac{3.2}{100} \\ = 6400 \times 3 \times \frac{10.7}{100} \times \frac{100}{3.2} \\ = 6400 \times 3 \times 107 \div 32 \\ = 6400 \times \frac{321}{32} \\ = 6400 \times 10.03 \\ = 6400 \times \frac{1003}{100} \\ = 64 \times 1003 \\ = 62192
