net growth rate=birth-death=10.7-3.2=7.5%

A=p(1r/100)^t
A/population= 64000(107.5/100)^3
A=64000*12,42,296.875/1000000
A=79507

the population will be 79507

(64000*0.107)+64000. birth rate
6848+64000=70848

70848-(70848*0.032) death rate
70848-2267.136
68580 (approx)

this is the population after 1 year
the population after 3 years=3(68580)
=205740

so, the population after 3 years is 205,740.
