After 1 year population will be = 62500 ×4×1 ÷ 100= 2500

∴ population 1 year ago = 62500 + 2500= $65000$

For present population :-

T= 1 YEAR

Now present population = 65000× 4× 1 ÷ 100

                                           = 2600

∴present population will be 65000+ 2600 =$67600$
