The population of a village is 7000. It is found that the rate of increase in population is 10% per annum then the population after 3 years​

Population of the village = 7000 people

Population on the first year = 7000 + 7000*10/100 = 7700 people

Population on the second year = 7700 + 7700*10/100 = 8470 people

Population on the last year = 8470 + 8470*10/100 = 9317 people.

∴ The population of the village after 3 years is 9317 people.
