Answer: 11,97,125

Step-by-step explanation:

population of the town in 2006 = 35000

population of the town in 2010 = 520000

therefore , increase in the population in (2010-2006) years =

   520000-3500

=>increase in the population in 4 yrs =  5,16,500

=>increase in the population in a year = 516500/4 = 129125

=>increase in the population in (2015-2006)  years

   =increase in the population in 9 years = 9 * 129125

   =11,62,125‬

so , reqd. population = older population + increase in population

                                  = 35000 + 11,62,125‬ = 11,97,125
