20% and 15% respectively and that of city B increases successively by 20% and 10% respectively. If
the difference in the population of two cities after 2 years is 768, then what was the total population of
the two cities initially?​

if difference is 768

x135÷100-y130÷100= 768

5xy=768

If two cities were equal in 2 years back

then

xy= 153.6÷2

xy=76.8

if two cities are equal then

x=76.8

y=76.8
