Then after one year population

and After two years population

= 21x/20 + 21x*5/20*100
= 21x/20 + 21x/400
= 420x+21x/400
= 441x/400 = 33075
 so, x = 33075*400/441


 so, x = 30000
 so, two years ago population was 30,000
