Explanation:

Before industrialisation white coloured moth were in majority as the bark of trees are light in color due to less pollution so light colored moth can camouflage to prevent their predators. But after industrialisation the bark turned out to be dark and so black moth can save themselves and predators kill the white moth which cannot camouflage to dark bark.
