Explanation:

s=8t²-3t³

ds/dt= velocity= d(8t²-3t³)/dt

velocity= 16t-9t²

and acceleration a= d(velocity)/dt

a= d(16t-9t²)/dt

a=16-18t

therefore at 2.0s

a=16-18×2

a= -20ms-²

it means that the body is retarding with a retardation of 20ms-².
