The position of a particle varies with time t as
x = 3t^2 + 6t - 6. The average velocity of body in
first two seconds is

dx/dt = d(3t^2 + 6t - 6)/dt

v = 6t + 6

At t = 2s

v = (6 × 2 + 6)/2

v = 18/2

v = 9 m/s
