No I total diagree with the statement as he was not a pest he was just a worried and a anxious father waiting for letter of her daughter which will tell him about her well. Eing

no I don't agree. it is because the postmaster instead of composing Ali and understanding him he finds Ali as a headache and exclaims him as pest . he was not able to understand the situation through which Ali had went and was going through until he faced the same anxiety when he did not receive his daughter's letter
