The nature of the point ?
V = potential at a point d distance away from a charge Q
= 1/(4πε) * Q / d²
=> 100 Volts = 9 * 10^9 * Q /0.1²
=> Q = 1.11 * 10⁻¹⁰ coulombs
As the potenial is positive. the given charge is positive. At the point P 0.1 m away from the isolated charge, the nature is : positive.
