The electric potential is same at any point because the electric inside the charged hollow sphere is zero .

Electric field E = - gradient( V) V = electric potential at any point .

As E = 0 which means

therefore gradient (V) = 0

In case of Hollow sphere the electric field and potential is a function of r (position) only and hence gradient becomes derivative .

d(V)/dr = zero

Hence V= constant .
