We have,
m= 100kg
g= 10 m/s²
t = 10s
work done = mgh
W = 100 X 10 X 20
Work done = 20000 J
P = Work done/time taken
Power = 20000/10
Therefore, power = 2000 W

           = mgh/time
           = 100 x 10 x 20 / 10
           = 20000J/10sec
           = 2000 W
