we know the formula

power = 1/focal length

10 = 1/f

f = 1/10 = .1 m

i took it as meter cuz in this types of problems it is in meter

it is a convex lens becuz the focal length of a convex mirror is always positive and that of concave is always negative

If the focal length is expressed in metres, the power of a lens is the reciprocal of the focal length.

It is given that the power of a lens is [math]4[/math] dioptre.

[math]\Rightarrow \qquad[/math] The focal length is [math]\frac{1}{4}[/math] m [math]= 25[/math] cm.

SOLUTION : 100METERS
