Take sore mangoes and cut them and add to it garlic paste , chilli powder, salt , ,ava powder , jilkara powder menti powder and mix them . Now take a bowl and add all previous ingredients and oil light the stove now and letcit cook for 5 min ( pope ) Then after let the oil get cool .After this add the oil to the pieces of mangoes and mix well.
Thats all mango pickle is ready.

PREPARATION OF MANGO PICKLE

For preparation of mango pickle green mangoes are required. They are what from market and sorted to remove the rotten ones. They are then cleansed. The mangoes are now cut into pieces. The cut-pieces are dried for sometime in the sun. Meanwhile some species, salt, oil and chili are mixed up. The sliced mangoes are now dressed with the mixture of spice. It is then spread on big flat tray and kept in the sun for some days. Finally it is poured into jars for storage. Thus the preparation of pickle is complete within couple of days.
