the present age of a father is 4 years morr than treable the age of his son.if the father was 35 years old before five 5 years, find the present age of father and son.

Father's present age is 35+5=40

According to the question we can say that the present age of father is 4 years more than triple than his son.
We can establish a equation like this....

3x+4=40 where x is the age of son... On solving this equation we can get x equal to 12 years...
