let \: son \: age \: be \: x \\ father \: age = 3x \\ 6year \: ago \\ son = x - 6 \\ father = 3x - 6 \\ according \: to \: question \\ the \: father = 4(x - 6) \\ 3x - 6 = 4x - 24 \\ 4x - 3x - 24 + 6 = 0 \\ x - 18 = 0 \\ x = 18s \\ son \: age \: is \: 18 \: years \: and \: father \: is54years \\ 6year \: later \\ son \: age = 18 + 6 \\  = 24 \\ father \: age = 54 + 6 \\  = 60 \\  \:  \frac{father \: age}{son \: age}  \\  =  \frac{60}{24}  \\  =  \frac{5}{2}
