Answer:

Aastha is 2 year elder to her brother

Step-by-step explanation:

Let say Ashta Age = A Years

The present age of a woman is six times that of her only daughter

=> Woman Age = 6A  Years

husband's age is two years more than seven times Aastha's present age

=> Husband age = 7A + 2

The average present age of Aastha, her parents and her only brother (who is the youngest of all the four members) is 15 years.

=> Their total Age = 4 * 15 = 60

Brother Age = 60 - A - 6A - 7A - 2

=> Brother Age = 58 - 14A

Brother Age < Aastha age

=> 0 < 58 - 14A < A

=> 58/15  < A < 58/14

=> 3.87 < A < 4.14

=> A = 4

Aastha age = 4 Years

Brother Age = 58 - 14A = 58 - 56 = 2 Years

=> Aastha is 2 year elder to her brother

30 , 24 , 4 , 2  are ages
