Let the present age of Geeta be X years

Then her father's present age=

=>3X years

After 5 years their ages will be

X+5 years and 3X+5 years

Difference of Their ages =30

=>3X+5-(X+5)=30

=>3X+5-X-5=30

=>2X=30

=>X=30/2

=>X=15 years

3X=3×15=45 years
