Let the mother's age be x and Radhika's age be y.
Then, x = 6y
x - 6y = 0. ......(1)
Also, x + 5 = y + 5 + 20
x - y = 20 + 5 - 5
x - y = 20. .......(2)
On doing (1) - (2) We get,
-5y = -20
y = -20/-5
y = 4.
Put this value in the (2). eq
x - 4 = 20
x = 20 + 4
x = 24.
Therefore, the mother's age is 24 and Radhika's age is 4.
