let the age of Ram and Rohan be 4x and 3x respectively

After 4 years, their ages will be 4x + 4 and 3x + 4

present age of Ram = 4x + 3 =6x

= 6x-4x =4

= 2x = 4

x = 2

So the present age of Ram = (4×2) + 4 = (6×2)

= 12 = 12

Therefore the present age of Ram is 12 years.

Now, present age of Rohan = 3x + 4=5x

By substituting the value of x we get,

(3×2) + 4 = (5×2) = 10=10

Therefore the present age of Rohan is 10 years
