the present age of Rohan and Divya are in the ratio of4:3 in 6 year hence their age will be in ratio of 6 raise to 5 then find their present age​

Age of Rohan after 6 years = 4x + 6 .

Age of Divya after 6 years = 3x + 6.

Ratio of their ages = 4x + 6: 3x + 6 .

But,it is given 6:5.

So, According to question ,

4x+ 6 : 3x + 6 = 6: 5

or 4x + 6/ 3x + 6 = 6 /5.

or 5( 4x + 6 ) = 6(3x + 6).

or 20x + 30 = 18x + 36.

or 20x - 18x = 36 - 30.

or 2x = 6.

Therefore x = 3 .

So, present age of Rohan = 4x = 4× 3 = 12 yrs.

Present age of Divya = 3x = 3 × 3 = 9yrs.
