Let the present age of Manju = 'x'.

Given that age of Tanu is 5 years more than Manju's age.

So, the age of Tanu = x + 5    ------ (1)

5 years hence:

= > Age of Manju = x + 5

= > Age of Tanu = x + 5 + 5 = x + 10.

Now,

Given that Age of Tanu will be 15 less than twice of Manju's age.

= > x + 10 = 2(x + 5) - 15

= > x + 10 = 2x + 10 - 15

= > x + 10 = 2x - 5

= > x - 2x = -5 - 10

= > -x = -15

= > x = 15.

(i)

The present age of Manju = 15 years.

The present age of Tanu = 20 years.

(ii)

The age of Manju three years ago = 12 years.

The age of Tanu three years ago = 17 years.

Hope this helps!
