Let 4x and 3x be ages of Husband and wife respectively
30 years later
age will be 4x+30 and 3x+30

according to the question the age of husband is 10 years more than wife's age
so 4x+30 : 3x+30+10

so x= 10

Answer

Age Of Husband At Present = 4x = 4*10 = 40
Age Of Wife At Present = 3x = 3*10 = 30
