Daughter's age after 'x' years = ( 4+x) years

                                                  = (4+x)years

∴ The sum of their ages after x years = {(30+x)+(4+x)}years

                                                             = {30+4+x+x}years

                                                            = (34+2x)years

                                                             =34+2x  years
