let present age of sagar
 = 2x
present age of rahul
 = 3x

after five years age of sagar
 = 2x + 5
age of rahul
 = 3x + 5
acc to question
2x + 5  + 3x  + 5 = 55
5x  + 5 = 55
5x = 55 - 5
x = 55 \div 5
x = 10

age of sagar =2x=2*10=20
age of Rahul =3x=3*10=30
