increase = 8/100 * 4375 * 2

= 35000/100 * 2

= 350 * 2

= 700

total population = 700 + 4375

= 5075

The present population of a village is 4375

Increase rate (r) = 8%

Time (T) = 2 years

Population after 2 years

= present population[(100+r)/100]

=4375×[(100+8)/100]

= (4375×108×108)/(100×100)

= 5103

Therefore,

Population after 2 years=5103
