The  bill is presented for the presidential assent- he can either approve the bill or return it but will have to sign it 2nd time or he can withhold it for infinite period.

He can also declare emergency and he can summon or suspend the parliament houses.  

Neither the cabinet nor the president are bound to accept each-others decision.

the president exercises all his powers only on the advice of the council of ministers.the president can ask the council of ministers to reconsider its advice .but if the same advice is given again ,she is bound to act according it .similarly,a bill passed by the parliament becomes the law after the president gives assent to it.if the president,wants she can delay this for some time and send the bill back to parliament for reconsideration .but if the parliament passes the bill again , she has to sign it.
