Given:-

Pressure= 50 P

Force= 400 N

To find :-

The area of box

Pressure:-

Force acting per unit area is known as pressure.

Force :-

The force is an influence which tends the stationary body in motion and stop moving body .

  • According to the formula

Pressure= Force/ Area

Area = Force / Pressure

Area = 400/50

Area = 8m²

Area of box = 8m²

✰✰ ANSWER ✰✰

\longrightarrow{Pressure\:of\:Box=50P}

\longrightarrow{Weight\:of\:Box=400N}

Using Formula : -

\longrightarrow{\small{\boxed{\bold{\bold{\red{\sf{Pressure=\dfrac{Force}{Area}}}}}}}}

As we have to find Area..So,

\longrightarrow{Area=\dfrac{Force}{Pressure}}

Putting Values : -

\longrightarrow{Area=\cancel\dfrac{400}{50}}

\longrightarrow{\large{\boxed{\bold{\bold{\orange{\sf{Area={8m}^{2}}}}}}}}

Therefore,Area of Base of the Box is 8m²
